Uburezi Community Benefit Company supports education, moral development, inclusion, research, human resource capacity and community initiatives that contribute to responsible families and sustainable development in Rwanda.
Education, values and community responsibility
Uburezi CBC works with learners, parents, educators, institutions and communities to promote quality education, strong moral values and practical knowledge. Its work is intended to help build responsible families, support young people and strengthen institutions and communities.
Main Areas of Work
Uburezi CBC brings together education, family responsibility, inclusion, research, community development and human resource management.
Education and Training
Providing educational materials, training and learning activities related to leadership, reproductive health, Rwandan values, learner support and institutional capacity development.
Public Sensitization
Conducting awareness and community education activities related to HIV/AIDS prevention, substance abuse, teenage pregnancy, excessive alcohol consumption, family responsibility and environmental protection.
Inclusion Services
Supporting inclusive participation through sign-language training, interpretation, awareness activities and other services that improve communication and access for people with disabilities.
Research and Advocacy
Conducting or supporting research, particularly in education, sign language, disability inclusion and community development, and using evidence to support informed decisions and advocacy.
Community Development
Supporting practical and sustainable initiatives that empower young people, vulnerable families and communities, including activities that may contribute to skills development and job creation.
Human Resource Management
Supporting organizations through shortlisting, recruitment, temporary staffing, workforce training, labour-market surveys and human resource management support.

Cambridge Learning Support
Uburezi CBC intends to provide learning support related to Cambridge education programs, depending on the confirmed grades, subjects and available educational services.

Montessori Learning Support
Montessori-related learning support may focus on child-centred learning, early development and practical educational approaches.

Age-appropriate, child-centred learning support based on confirmed Montessori services.

Self-assessment and examination preparation

Uburezi CBC was founded on the belief that education extends beyond the classroom. It includes the values, knowledge, responsibility and practical skills required to protect young people, strengthen families and support sustainable community development. The organization encourages parents, guardians, educators, teachers, institutions and community members to work together in building a responsible and knowledgeable Rwandan family.
